Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable Crane Truck Operator and Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering product to scheduled jobs in Calgary and Area.
Duties:
- Perform pre and post-trip inspections .
- Report vehicle defects, accidents, traffic violations, or damage to the vehicle.
- Check all load-related documentation to ensure that it is complete and accurate.
- Maintain Truck Logs of working hours, addresses of loads, and of vehicle service and repair status.
- Record and maintain required documentation including driver and delivery logbook.
- Communicate effectively with the public, customers, and co-workers both verbally and in written form.
- Assist in loading and unloading of trucks, when needed. Ensure invoice or packing accompanies shipment.
- Safely and efficiently deliver product to scheduled jobs
- Ensure that any debris caused by the loading/unloading of truck is cleaned up.
- Provide feedback to supervision regarding problems with materials, mechanical problems, or delivery problems.
- Assist in warehouse and shop yard when deliveries are not scheduled
Requirements:
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License, with a clean driving record
- Experience as a Delivery Driver or relevant position
- Strong time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to lift heavy packages and operate a forklift
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with forklift operation
- Experience in Siding is an asset

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
