A full-time position, this is a great opportunity for someone with 2 years of culinary experience who is looking to join a professional, structured environment and receive hands-on mentoring from Executive Chef Roy Tam and his talented team.
What We’re Looking For:
· 2 years of culinary experience, with a focus on preparing dishes for banquet functions
· Food Safe certificate
· Available for full-time hours and to work mornings or evenings when required
· Proven ability to follow instructions quickly and efficiently
· Keeps up to date with recipes, portions and presentation specs
· Great team player who can take initiative
· Excellent attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
· Accountable with a high level of integrity and professionalism
