Position Summary:
The Concessions Stand Ambassador assists in the staging of all snack & beverage items within their assigned location. Ensures proper merchandising and rotating of product. Additionally, they will be interacting with guests and providing assistance in all transactions at self-checkout areas. Responsible for checking IDs according to Smart Serve laws. Must be able to maintain excellent attendance and be available to work on weekends. Must have a positive attitude and be able to work well on their own as well as with others.
This role pays an hourly rate of $17.60-$18.60 CAD

Responsibilities:
- Assists in ensuring all snack & beverage products are fully stocked in designated locations.

Responsible for maintaining stock and supply levels and communicating low-stock items to management.

Listening and responding to customer requests or concerns.

Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including but not limited to disposal of garbage & cleaning dishes.

Watch for theft and ensure that the fridges are being monitored at all times.
- Check guest’s ID in accordance with Smart Serve and Ontario laws to verify the minimum age requirement for the purchase of alcoholic beverages.

Maintains sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Must have SmartServe certification.

Safe Food Handling Certificate.

Previous experience in working with point-of-sale systems is an advantage.

Excellent interpersonal skills & a friendly, positive attitude with co-workers, managers, volunteers & guests.
