Mobile Maintenance Labourer – 2026-020
Eldorado Gold Saskatchewan | Foran (TSX:ELD) is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Labourer to join our growing McIlvenna Bay team. This is a full-time position based at the McIlvenna Bay site working 14/14 rotation. This position is open to candidates who reside within 150 km of the McIlvenna Bay site or who can travel using our company shuttle from Saskatoon or Prince Albert. No additional travel subsidy is provided.

The Mobile Maintenance Labourer supports mining operations through general labour duties such as equipment cleaning and steam washing, site and work area maintenance, parts preparation, waste removal, and assisting skilled trades. The Mobile Maintenance Labourer role involves working with a range of equipment from light vehicles to heavy mining equipment and requires adaptability, physical stamina, and the ability to work in demanding outdoor environments.
Job Responsibilities:

Maintaining wash / steam bay in a safe and orderly fashion.

Clean up work area and wash bay daily, storing all hoses and tooling, cords, supplies, and cleaning the floor.

Washing mining equipment and components as directed.

Assist with the transportation and movement of materials, tools, and equipment across the site.

Support equipment operators by flagging, spotting, and assisting in loading/unloading operations.

Handle fuel, lubricants, and other consumables as needed for machinery and equipment.

Operate light vehicles and mobile equipment such as loaders, forklifts, and skid steers as required.

Assist in daily equipment maintenance activities and procedures.

Assist with yard / shop clean-up.

Assist with relocating parts, filters and other material as required for planned work & repairs.

Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of PPE and adherence to mine safety regulations.

Maintain a clean and organized work area and assigned vehicles, ensuring tools and equipment are in good working condition.

Conduct basic inspections of tools and equipment to ensure they are in working condition.
Job Qualifications and Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Valid driver's license (Class 5 or equivalent); ability to operate site vehicles.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Effective communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.

Previous experience in a mining, construction, or industrial setting is an asset.

Ability to operate light mobile equipment (e.g., skid steer, forklift) is preferred.
