As a Service Advisor, you will serve as the primary point of contact between our customers and service team. You will guide customers through the service process, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism, efficiency, and exceptional care.
Key Responsibilities:
· Welcome customers and discuss their vehicle concerns and service requirements
· Clearly explain recommended maintenance and repair services
· Provide accurate estimates for service costs and completion timelines
· Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient and timely service delivery
· Keep customers informed throughout the service process
· Address customer questions and concerns with professionalism and care
· Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
· Stay current on service offerings, promotions, and dealership initiatives
Qualifications
· Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
· Previous Service Advisor experience is considered an asset
· Strong work ethic with a high level of motivation and efficiency
· Positive attitude and a genuine commitment to customer service
· General automotive knowledge and understanding is considered an asset
This full-time position runs Monday to Friday and begins with a starting wage of $900 per week, increasing to $1,190.22 per week based on performance and experience. Additional earnings are available through retail sales commissions and customer satisfaction survey incentives.
This position requires a clean letter of conduct.
