About the Role
As a Financial Advisor, you will work with individuals, families, and business owners to understand their financial goals and provide guidance around insurance, investments, retirement planning, and broader financial strategies.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Meeting with clients to understand their financial needs, goals, and priorities.
- Conducting financial and insurance needs-based reviews.
- Developing appropriate financial strategies and recommendations based on client objectives and risk considerations.
- Educating clients about insurance, investment, and retirement solutions.
- Building and maintaining long-term client relationships through regular follow-ups and reviews.
- Staying informed about financial products, industry developments, and applicable regulations.
- Participating in company training, mentorship, and professional development programs.
- Collaborating with experienced advisors and leaders as you develop your career.
- Over time, developing leadership and business-building skills, with opportunities to mentor and develop other advisors.
Training & Development
Training and mentorship will be provided.
You do not need to have an extensive background in insurance or financial services to be considered. We provide structured training and guidance to help qualified individuals develop the knowledge, skills, and professional capabilities required to succeed.
Candidates who are required to obtain provincial licensing or insurance certifications will receive guidance through the applicable licensing process.
Qualifications
We are looking for individuals who demonstrate:
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- An interest in financial planning, insurance, investments, and retirement planning.
- The ability to understand financial information and communicate complex concepts clearly.
- A client-focused approach and strong professional ethics.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to regulatory compliance and professional integrity.

- The ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team.
- A willingness to learn and develop professionally.
Preferred, but not required:
- Post-secondary education in finance, business, economics, or a related field.
- Previous experience in financial services, sales, consulting, customer service, or client relationship management.
- Relevant industry licensing or designations such as CFP or CLU.
