We are seeking a creative, results-driven Marketing Coordinator / Marketing & Sales Manager to lead and support digital marketing, branding, sales initiatives, and customer engagement activities. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in digital marketing, AI-powered content creation, Salesforce CRM, and campaign management.
Dental industry knowledge is preferred.
This role combines marketing strategy plans, content creation, event coordination, client engagement, and sales support to help grow brand awareness, generate leads, and strengthen client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Content Creation
- Manage, improve and maintain company website and social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create marketing content including reels, videos, photography, blogs, promotional posts, and email campaigns.
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and lead generation initiatives.
- Design marketing materials using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, CapCut, and related tools.
- MUST utilize AI-powered platforms such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, and other AI tools to improve content creation and marketing efficiency.
Salesforce & CRM Management
- Manage and optimize Salesforce CRM activities including dashboards, customer journeys, lead tracking, reporting, and email automation.
- Monitor campaign performance, KPIs, ROI, and customer engagement metrics.
- Generate marketing and sales reports with actionable insights.
Events, Sales & Client Engagement
- Initiate call centre activities and training.
- Coordinate webinars, seminars, continuing education (CE) events, trade shows, and networking activities.
- Support sales initiatives through client communication, lead follow-up, and outbound outreach.
- Plans for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, sponsors, and dental professionals.
- Represent the company professionally at meetings, events, and industry functions.
Strategy & Team Support
- Lead in planning and executing marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
- Collaborate with sales and management teams on branding, communication, and growth initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and marketing best practices.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marketing, digital media, or sales.
- Good knowledge of website development tools.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM and digital marketing platforms required.
- Strong knowledge of social media marketing, SEO, PPC, email marketing, and analytics.
- Experience with AI tools and content creation software is an asset.
- Photography, videography, and video editing experience is an asset.
- Dental industry knowledge or experience is preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, organizational, and client relationship skills.
Pay: $65,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
