Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized team member to join our Construction team in a dual role: 60% construction admin and 40% admin assistant. The ideal candidate will be organized with strong communication skills to ensure Brookland’s Construction team is supported and leaders calendars are managed.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact to receive and manage homeowner questions, including but not limited to: after sale service, Tarion warranty and supplier contact information.
- Preparing Homeowner “binders” (either digital or physical) to new homeowners.
- Perform accurate data entry related to a variety of items, including but not limited to construction activities, client information, service requests, and project details using Microsoft Office and internal project management applications
- Support the coordination between internal teams (and clients) to facilitate timelines and deliverables
- Utilize strong communication skills to relay information clearly across departments and with clients
- Admin Assistant to the President: manage calendar across business, philanthropic and personal activities. Email management.

- Effective communication skills and general computer skills
- New home construction experience a definite asset
