What you'll do:
Reporting directly to the Regional Chef, you will be a vital part of our Culinary team - working across our multi-entity property located in the heart of Downtown Vancouver! You will take ownership of your station, and learn to execute all menu items to brand standards and recipe specifications while communicating effectively with the team.
Key Responsibilities:

Precision & Timing: Ensure that orders come out simultaneously, and in a timely fashion

Station Excellence: Set up, stock, and prep your station to guarantee fluid service and optimal stock levels.

Safety & Sanitation: Maintain an immaculately clean, organized workspace at all times, complying fully with all food safety, nutrition, and sanitation regulations.

Inventory Control: Diligent in your FIFO (First In, First Out) practices; receive vendor deliveries by verifying quality and quantity against invoices before signing off.

Culinary Versatility: Prepare regular menu items, daily specials, and custom dishes for high-profile functions and special guest events.

Team Collaboration: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our menus and specials; communicate effectively with the line, and proactively lend a hand to teammates whenever needed.
Qualifications & Experience:

1 year of previous kitchen experience

Food Safe Level 1 certification
-
Knife skills and familiarity with commercial kitchen equipment

Late night availability
- Food Safe Level 1

Due to the nature of the work, after hours correspondence may be required
