POSITION:
We are looking for a confident, goal-oriented Membership Sales Consultant to be the first point of contact for new prospects. Your primary responsibility is to convert leads into members by conducting consultative conversations, recommending the right membership, and confidently closing. This position will work from both our Meadowvale and our Erin Mills locations.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Conducting inbound and outbound calls with new leads
- Asking questions to understand prospects’ fitness goals, concerns, and motivations
- Recommending memberships as solutions, not just listing prices
- Creating urgency and confidently asking for the commitment
- Booking and converting intro sessions into memberships
- Following up with undecided prospects and overcoming objections
- Tracking leads, conversions, and performance metrics
- Supporting front desk operations

Experience
- Sales experience preferred (fitness, retail, hospitality, phone sales, real estate, or similar)
- Customer-facing experience required
- Fitness industry experience is a plus, but sales mindset matters more
