Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Spray Foam/Insulation Installer to join our construction team. This role involves installing spray foam insulation and other related materials to improve energy efficiency and comfort in residential and commercial buildings. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction practices, be detail-oriented, and possess the ability to work safely in various environments. Prior experience with caulking, hand tools, blueprint reading, and general construction is highly valued. Responsibilities
- Install spray foam insulation according to project specifications and safety standards
- Use hand tools and spray equipment to apply insulation materials efficiently and accurately
- Perform caulking around windows, doors, and other areas to ensure airtight sealing
- Assist with the preparation of work sites, including measuring, cutting, and fitting insulation materials
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and meet quality standards
- Conduct inspections of completed work to ensure proper coverage and adherence to specifications
Experience
- Prior experience in construction, insulation installation, or related trades preferred
- Ability to operate basic construction equipment safely and effectively
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various weather conditions
- Commitment to safety procedures and maintaining a clean work environment
- Must possess minimum G driver's license with clean abstract
- Must have transportation to and from workplace
