Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold high standards of cleanliness
- Manage laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens efficiently
- Prepare and organize spaces by tidying up rooms and ensuring all areas are neat and presentable
- Assist with basic cooking tasks or meal preparations as needed to support client requests
- Maintain organized cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is in good working order for daily use
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences, providing friendly and professional service
- Manage your schedule efficiently through strong time management skills to complete tasks promptly without compromising quality
Requirements
- Fluent in English; proficiency in French is a plus for effective communication with diverse clients
- Prior experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, laundry procedures, and basic cooking skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills to ensure client satisfaction
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a positive attitude
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning duties throughout the day
