We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Entry-Level Data Entry Specialist & Office Administrative Coordinator to join our team. Duties
- Input and update data accurately into various databases and ERP systems

- Maintain and organize electronic and physical files for easy retrieval
- Assist with administrative support such as scheduling appointments and managing correspondence
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for data entry, analysis, and reporting purposes
- Support team members with office-related tasks to ensure smooth daily operations
- Handle typing of reports, memos, and other documents with high accuracy
- Contribute to maintaining an organized workspace and efficient office environment
Qualifications
- Prior office experience or administrative experience is preferred but not required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other computer skills essential for data entry and document management
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with databases and ERP systems is a plus
- Excellent typing skills with high accuracy and speed

Pay: $40,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
