Ly Sports Inc. is a Windsor based swim specialty store specializing in competitive swimming, swim team sales, and equipment for aquatic fitness. We are looking for a store sales associate who can assist with in-store, online sales, and team sales.
Candidates preferred with a swimming background. For example, experience in competitive swimming, lifeguarding, etc.
Candidate must be great with customers and children, able to work alone, and provide a police clearance.

Mandatory Requirements:
● Highly organized
● Self-starter, self-directed and can work with minimal supervision
● Ability to work comfortably with Google Suite (Docs, Drive, Slides, Calendar)
● Ability to work under tight deadlines
● Fluent in speaking, writing and reading English
● Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
● Flexibility to work on weekdays and availability on weekends, as required
● Must be able to move and lift 20-40 pound boxes on a regular basis
Responsibilities:
● Assist with our online store and store front sales
● Ensure customers receive their packages in a timely and pleasing manner
● Ensure proper maintenance and organization of the shop, selling floor and stockroom
● Maintain in store merchandising, detail and customer service
● Assist teams with bulk purchases of swimwear, apparel, and equipment
● Coordinate and manage team orders, ensuring accuracy in sizing, quantities, and deadlines
● Handle escalated customer service issues and offer solution
● Excellent brand and product knowledge
● Additional duties/responsibilities may be assigned
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
