We are seeking an experienced, full time maintenance person to oversee the day-to-day maintenance of our multi family apartment building in Saskatoon. This is a stable, year round position paying $60,000 - $75,000 per year, based on experience.
What You'll Be Doing
In this role you'll handle the daily maintenance of our residential rental properties. You'll be the first point of contact for tenant maintenance requests and play a key part in keeping our buildings safe, functional, and well maintained.
Key responsibilities include:
- Respond to and resolve tenant maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
- Conduct routine building inspections and complete preventative maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose a wide range of maintenance issues.
- Repair and restore units to move-in condition after tenants move out.
- Keep tools and equipment organized, well stocked, and in good working order.
- Maintain and monitor the outdoor pool during the summer months.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in building or residential maintenance.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable, self-directed, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Available to work on call evenings and weekends as needed.
- Valid driver's license.
- Proactive, with the ability to work independently.
