What You'll Do
- Assist with residential window and door installations under the guidance of experienced installers
- Learn to measure, prep, remove, and install window and door units safely and accurately
- Use hand and power tools to perform installation tasks and finishing work
- Support sealing, caulking, insulation, exterior finishing, and cleanup
- Follow quality standards and safety procedures at every step
- Load, unload, and organize materials, tools, and equipment
- Participate in classroom training, supervised fieldwork, and ongoing coaching

Qualifications
- Applicants located in the greater Edmonton area are preferred. However, remain open to qualified candidates from other locations.
- Handy, mechanical, or construction aptitude is a strong asset
- Reliable, hardworking, and comfortable with physical labor
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle early start times
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
No prior installation experience required
