Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Full-Time Dental Hygienist to join our reputable dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care, promote oral health education, and support the overall efficiency of our dental team. Responsibilities
- Perform dental prophylaxis, scaling, and root planing procedures to maintain optimal oral health for patients.
- Take and develop dental radiographs as needed, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.
- Assist in patient management, including scheduling appointments and updating patient records accurately using Dentrix software.
- Maintain sterilization protocols and ensure all dental instruments are properly sanitized.
- Provide compassionate customer service, addressing patient concerns and ensuring a positive experience.
- Keep the treatment area clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
Experience
- Prior experience working as a Dental Hygienist in a clinical setting is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills combined with excellent communication abilities are essential for success in this role.
