We're looking for an Administrative Assistant to support our Human Resources department with the day-to-day administration that keeps our Crew experience running smoothly. - Administer HR systems (UKG & BambooHR) by processing employee lifecycle transactions, maintaining system workflows, reports, and employee data.
- Provide first-level HRIS support by troubleshooting issues, creating support cases, maintaining alerts, and assisting with HR system-related inquiries.
- Coordinate IT access, system permissions, and equipment setup for new hires and departing Crew members.
- Maintain health and safety records, incident documentation, inspection records, and training registrations for required safety programs.
- Manage Crew uniforms, name tags, inventory, and other employee resources.
- Maintain HR records, calendars, budgets, reports, departmental documentation, and internal Crew communications.
- Provide administrative support for recruitment, interviews, employee departures, HR projects, and departmental initiatives.
- Assist with execution of Crew engagement activities, events, and other administrative duties as assigned.
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Previous experience in an HR administrative role is an asset but not required.
