Responsibilities
- Assist with loading and unloading materials, supplies, and equipment as needed
- Support the setup and breakdown of work areas for different projects or tasks
- Perform general cleaning and maintenance of work sites to ensure safety and organization
- Help with moving supplies, tools, or products throughout the facility or job site
- Follow safety protocols and report any hazards or concerns to supervisors promptly
- Support team members with various manual tasks to facilitate project progress
- Operate basic tools or machinery after receiving proper training
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Strong work ethic with a focus on safety and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, or similar manual roles is a plus but not required
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential
