We are currently seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team in a hands-on, office-based role that blends accounting responsibilities with day-to-day operational support. This position will be responsible for processing invoices, preparing cheque runs, coordinating outgoing payments, and ensuring all vendor accounts are accurate and up to date. You will work closely with both the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams to ensure payments are distributed correctly and on time.
In addition to core AP functions, this role will support daily office operations including handling incoming calls, greeting visitors, coordinating building access, managing incoming and outgoing mail and courier packages, and assisting with bank deposits. You will also be responsible for maintaining organized filing systems for invoices, bank statements, and reconciliations, ensuring documents are filed accurately and in proper order.

You are someone who is not afraid to take initiative, can manage multiple priorities, and enjoys being part of a collaborative team.
