We are seeking 2-4 highly motivated students to join our summer growth team.
Work directly with the founder of a growing Calgary home services company. Gain real-world experience in sales, business development, marketing, partnerships, and entrepreneurship while earning competitive performance-based compensation. Ideal for ambitious students looking to build practical business skills and strengthen their resume. Build your own schedule, work independently, and develop skills that translate directly into future business careers
This role is focused on building relationships, generating qualified opportunities, and expanding our presence in Calgary communities.
Compensation
This contract is designed to reward both initiative and results.
Typical successful representatives earn $25–45+/hour equivalent after performance bonuses, with top performers eligible to earn up to $6,000 in bonuses during the contract term.
Base Compensation
- $18 per hour for approved outreach and business development activities
Weekly Performance Bonuses
- Home Health & Safety Diagnostics appointments booked and confirmed:
- 10–24: $100 bonus
- 25+: $500 bonus
- Channel Partner meeting booked and confirmed:
- Contractors: $10
- Industry Partners: $20
Contract Completion Bonus
- Book and confirm 100+ Home Health & Safety Diagnostics appointments during the contract term and receive an additional $1,000 performance bonus
What You'll Do
- Engage homeowners through community outreach, networking, referrals, and follow-up communications
- Generate and schedule Home Health & Safety Diagnostics appointments
- Develop relationships with local contractors and industry partners
- Represent Open Range Home Partners professionally in the community
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, appointments, and partner meetings
- Support customer retention, referrals, and review generation
Who We're Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, professional, and comfortable initiating conversations
- Organized, self-motivated, and reliable
- Interested in entrepreneurship, business development, marketing, or sales
- Able to work independently and manage their own schedule
- University or post-secondary students in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field

Pay: $18.00-$48.00 per hour
