Henlong Market is currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. As a Cleaner, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and inviting environment for our customers and employees.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break areas, and other common areas.
- Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal of waste.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of shelves, displays, and aisles.
- Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to prioritize and complete cleaning tasks efficiently.
- Adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
Requirements:
- All applicants must have a valid and legitimate Social Insurance Number (SIN).
- Previous experience in commercial or janitorial cleaning preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive tasks.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed within designated timeframes.
- Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a friendly and cooperative work environment.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
