Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Laborer to join our team. This role involves assisting with various manual tasks across our project sites, supporting the overall operations, and ensuring safety and efficiency in daily activities. Duties
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment
- Perform general site cleanup and debris removal to maintain a safe work environment
- Support skilled tradespeople with basic tasks as directed
- Operate hand tools and machinery safely and efficiently
- Help with site preparation, including setting up work areas and staging materials
- Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries
- Assist in the transportation of supplies and materials around the work site
Skills
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Strong attention to safety procedures and protocols
- Good communication skills to follow instructions accurately
- Ability to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of tools and equipment is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential for success in this role
