- Optical experience required
- Greet and approach customers, deliver outstanding customer service
- Take measurements, fit, adjust, repair & dispense eyeglasses, contact lenses and specialty eyewear
- Order and receive product, manage inventory
- Billing insurance claims, administrative tasks
- Conduct pretest procedures on patients to help make eye appointments more efficient
- Work in collaboration with your team members to provide the best patient experience
