Now, we’re looking for a warm, organized, and professional Front Desk Customer Service Representative to be the face of our spa and an essential part of our growing team.

What You'll Do
As the first person our clients meet, you’ll help create a relaxing and exceptional experience from the moment they walk through the door.
Your responsibilities include:
- Greet clients and provide check-in instructions with warmth and professionalism
- Manage appointment bookings via phone, email, and online scheduling systems
- Uphold daily schedules to ensure efficient flow of appointments
- Build long-term relationships with clients by offering attentive care
- Act as a calm and confident liaison, resolving minor concerns or schedule changes
- Assist with inventory, spa organization, and front-end product displays
- Share ideas to improve customer experience and clinic operations
- Support simple client interactions via email and social media as needed

Must-Haves:
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- Confident with computers, touchscreen systems, and mobile devices
- Able to work on-site in downtown Calgary
Bonus Experience (Not Required):
- Reception, customer service, hospitality, or sales background
- Familiarity with spa or health-related settings
Hours & Compensation
- Schedule: 3 workdays per week (30-35hrs), Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- Compensation: $17/hour + 60-minute monthly massage
- Position Type: Permanent | Part-Time (30–35 hrs)
- Commitment: 12 months minimum)

What Happens After You’re Hired
- Week 1: Orientation, shadowing, and getting to know our systems
- Week 2–3: You’ll begin taking the lead with bookings and check-ins
- Week 4: You’re confidently running the desk, supporting the team, and suggesting improvements
- Ongoing: Monthly check-ins, coaching, and optional cross-training in other wellness areas
