We need a super sales support specialist to join our team.
Specifications
- Phone current customers and new leads and send emails in a cheerful and positive manner.
- Assisting the operations and sales team as requested.
- Reply to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Accurately enter and fulfil orders using the ERP solution.
Duties
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies.
- Record and accurately modify customer information within the database.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies.
- Assist with merchandising the showroom.
- Help with other duties as requested.
