Position Overview
We are seeking an AI Automation Specialist to develop and deploy AI-powered automation solutions across business operations. The ideal candidate combines expertise in automation platforms, AI technologies, data integration, and process improvement to streamline workflows and enhance organizational productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Design, develop, and implement AI-driven workflows and automations.
- Integrate AI models, APIs, and third-party applications into existing systems.
- Build automated solutions using low-code/no-code and custom development tools.
- Develop chatbots, virtual assistants, and AI agents for internal and external use.
- Monitor automation performance and optimize workflows for efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define automation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and governance standards.
- Create documentation, training materials, and best practices for automation solutions.
- Stay current with emerging AI technologies and industry trends.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2–5+ years of experience in automation, AI implementation, or software development.
- Experience with automation platforms such as:
- Microsoft Power Automate
- Zapier
- Make
- UiPath
- Knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts.
- Experience working with AI APIs and large language models.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python or JavaScript.
- Understanding of REST APIs, databases, and system integrations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with generative AI platforms and agent-based systems.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as:
- Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- Microsoft Azure
- Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Experience with prompt engineering and AI governance.
- Familiarity with data analytics and business intelligence tools.
- Relevant certifications in automation, cloud computing, or AI.
