Job Summary
We are looking for friendly, energetic, and dependable team members to join our Carl’s Jr. restaurant team. As a Crew Member, you will provide excellent customer service while helping prepare food, maintain a clean restaurant, and support the team in delivering a great guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take customer orders accurately and process payments.
- Prepare food according to Carl’s Jr. standards and food-safety procedures.
- Assemble and serve food and beverages quickly and accurately.
- Keep the dining area, kitchen, counters, and equipment clean and organized.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
- Restock supplies and ingredients as needed.
- Work effectively with other team members during busy periods.
- Handle customer questions and concerns in a courteous manner.
- Follow company policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
Qualifications
- Friendly, positive, and customer-focused attitude.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as required.
- Previous restaurant or customer-service experience is an asset, but training will be provided.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
