Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Micros POS and process transactions efficiently
- Assist in food preparation and ensure all food handling meets safety and sanitation standards
- Manage cash handling duties with precision, including cashiering and basic math calculations
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, dining spaces, and kitchen equipment
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Support food safety protocols by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation guidelines
Skills
- Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred; strong knowledge of the food industry is a plus
- Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS for order processing and cashiering tasks
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy service periods efficiently
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and hospitality
- Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, order accuracy, and inventory checks
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and food preparation procedures
- Experience in serving, upselling menu items, and working in fast-paced environments is highly desirable
Pay: $15.00 per hour
