Our client, a leading global manufacturer & distributor based in Richmond Hill, ON, is currently seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative/ Order Desk to join their growing team. This is a full-time, permanent in-office opportunity offering a competitive salary of $60,000–$63,000, comprehensive benefits after three months, and RRSP's with company match.
Duties
- Provide exceptional bilingual customer support by responding to product and service inquiries promptly and professionally
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently to meet demand and delivery expectations
- Handle inbound and outbound customer communications via phone and email in a courteous and solution-oriented manner
- Prepare and provide customer quotations in a timely fashion
- Manage multiple customer accounts while maintaining a high level of service and responsiveness
- Resolve customer concerns by identifying root causes and contributing to continuous process improvements
- Enter and manage orders within the company’s ERP system
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and customer engagement
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
- Support additional projects and responsibilities as assigned by the Customer Service Manager
Skills
- 3-5 years of experience in a customer service or client support role
- Fully bilingual in English and French with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages
- Post-secondary education is considered an asset
- Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, AS400 or other) is preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally and diplomatically
- Customer-focused mindset with a demonstrated ability to build trust and maintain positive client relationships
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Naturally curious with a willingness to learn and continuously improve
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills
- Reliable, punctual, detail-oriented, and able to effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Pay: $58,000.00-$63,000.00 per year
