Ruhani College is looking for a proactive, organized, and student-focused Student Services & Administrative Coordinator to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for students and provide excellent student support.
- Coordinate class schedules and communicate with faculty and students.
- Manage student records, attendance, and academic documentation.
- Assist with admissions, enrolment, orientation, and graduation processes.
- Schedule examinations, practical classes, clinics, and faculty meetings.
- Prepare student letters, reports, and administrative documents.
- Respond to phone calls, emails, and general inquiries professionally.
- Support accreditation, compliance, and quality assurance activities.
- Maintain organized office operations and ensure confidentiality of student information.
- Assist with college events, workshops, and other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience (experience in an educational institution is preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented.
Pay: $17.60-$30.00 per hour
