Summary
We are seeking a Maintenance Attendant (Night) to join our team at Harbour Cruises . This role is vital in ensuring our vessels and facilities are well-maintained to provide seamless cruise experiences for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Conduct patrols of the marina, docks, and surrounding property.
- Clean and prepare Harbour Cruise vessels for daily operations.
- Mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize interior guest areas.
- Restock supplies and assist with organizing equipment.
- Remove garbage and recycling from vessels and work areas.
- Perform light maintenance and housekeeping duties as assigned.
- Support early morning vessel turnovers to ensure they are ready for service.
- Ensure all gates, buildings, and marina access points are properly locked and secured.
- Monitor the premises for unauthorized access, safety hazards, or suspicious activity.
- Assist in maintaining a safe and secure environment for vessels, guests, and staff.
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours.
- Valid BC Security Worker License is an asset

- Previous experience in security, custodial services, maintenance, or marina operations is an asset.
Working Conditions
- Overnight shifts from 12:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. (Monday-Friday)
- Work is performed both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Position requires regular walking, standing, bending, lifting, and physical activity throughout the shift.
