The Director, Delivery Management is responsible for structuring, leading, and developing the Customer Delivery function to ensure the effective implementation, integration, and deployment of solutions for customers and partners.
Reporting to the VP of Customer Delivery and Transformation, this individual plays a key role in evolving delivery practices, coordinating customer programs, and continuously improving the customer experience in a rapidly growing technology environment.
Success in this role will be primarily measured by the ability to deliver client programs while rigorously adhering to the three pillars of delivery: time (strict adherence to timelines), scope (full compliance with defined requirements), and quality (reliability and excellence of deployments), all while maximizing client satisfaction and adoption.
Strategy and Governance

Drive the evolution of Customer Delivery practices, processes, and standards.

Establish governance frameworks and performance metrics.

Ensure clear visibility into priorities, risks, dependencies, and delivery capabilities.

Customer Delivery and Integrations

Oversee customer implementation, integration, and deployment programs.

Manage the customer project portfolio and ensure predictable delivery aligned with business objectives.

Collaborate closely with Product, Technology, Architecture, Security, and Marketing teams.
Adoption and Customer Experience

Structure adoption approaches to accelerate value creation for customers.

Identify barriers to adoption and coordinate necessary action plans.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of the customer experience.

Mentor and develop Client Delivery teams.
