Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Head of Growth to lead our company's expansion initiatives. This role is pivotal in driving customer acquisition, increasing revenue, and enhancing brand visibility across digital channels. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in digital marketing, e-commerce, and data analytics, with a passion for innovative growth strategies. As the Head of Growth, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns that leverage SEO, paid advertising, content marketing, and analytics to achieve measurable results.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies to increase user engagement and revenue across all digital platforms.
- Lead the planning and execution of SEO campaigns, keyword research, and content optimization to improve organic search rankings.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns including Google Ads (AdWords), Facebook Advertising, and other digital channels to maximize ROI.
- Oversee the creation and editing of visual content using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite for marketing materials.
- Maintain and optimize the company’s website using WordPress, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Utilize Google Analytics and other analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, analyze data trends, and generate actionable insights.
- Coordinate email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain existing customers.
- Conduct market research to identify new growth opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends in digital marketing.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, developers, and content creators to produce compelling marketing assets aligned with brand standards.
- Manage budgets for advertising campaigns while continuously testing new channels and tactics for optimal performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital marketing, e-commerce growth strategies, or related roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in SEO best practices, keyword research tools, Google Ads (AdWords), Facebook Advertising, Google Analytics, and Google AdWords management platform.
- Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress development (HTML/CSS/JavaScript), and graphic design.
- Experience with email marketing platforms and strategies for customer engagement.
- Knowledge of SQL for data analysis and reporting purposes.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics platforms.
- Ability to analyze complex data sets to inform strategic decisions using analytics tools.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
- Creative mindset combined with analytical thinking to develop innovative growth initiatives that deliver measurable results.
