We are looking for a motivated and reliable:
- Journeyman Plumber
- 4th Year Apprentice
- 3rd Year Apprentice
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Journeyperson Plumber to join our construction and maintenance team. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and a solid background in plumbing systems, HVAC, and general building maintenance. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, from new construction to repairs, ensuring the integrity and safety of plumbing infrastructure across various facilities. The position requires a professional with excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret schematics and blueprints. Candidates must be capable of heavy lifting and working with a variety of hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment. This is a paid position that plays a vital role in maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Duties
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances in residential, commercial, and industrial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate installation and repairs
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems related to plumbing components
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, sodering equipment, and other specialized machinery to complete tasks efficiently
- Conduct heavy lifting as required for material handling and installation processes
- Troubleshoot plumbing issues using schematics and basic math skills to determine solutions
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards, building codes, and project specifications
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while maintaining high quality standards
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Journeyman Plumber or in a similar role within construction or maintenance environments
- Mechanical knowledge with expertise in plumbing systems, HVAC units, and general building maintenance
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, soldering equipment, and other construction machinery
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently
- Knowledge of schematics for troubleshooting complex system issues
- Experience with carpentry or assembly work is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Valid certification or license as required by local regulations

Pay: $38.00-$46.00 per hour
