Full Time Attendant – Tunnel Car Wash
Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and hands-on attendant to support daily operations at our high-volume tunnel car wash facility. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys leading a team, and is committed to delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management
- Daily tunnel wash operations to ensure efficiency and quality control
- Monitor wash flow, throughput, and equipment performance
- Ensure site cleanliness, safety, and organization at all times
- Open and close the facility as required
- Trained on Maintainx inventory and task management platform
- Maintain a positive, productive team environment
Customer Experience
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns promptly
- Maintain a friendly, welcoming atmosphere on-site
- Ensure service standards are consistently met
Equipment & Maintenance
- Perform routine inspections of tunnel equipment and report issues
- Coordinate basic maintenance and liaise with service technicians when needed
- Ensure proper chemical usage and inventory levels
Sales & Performance
- Support membership and upsell programs
Health & Safety
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and workplace standards
- Address hazards and maintain a safe working environment
Qualifications:
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
- Mechanical aptitude is an asset
- Flexible availability, including weekends
Compensation & Perks:
