Responsibilities
- Perform routine and deep cleaning of residential and commercial properties.
- Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, offices, and common spaces.
- Sweep, vacuum, mop floors, dust furniture, empty trash, and disinfect high-touch surfaces.
- Follow company cleaning procedures, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
- Arrive at scheduled appointments on time and complete assignments efficiently.
- Handle client property with care and respect while maintaining confidentiality.
- Report maintenance issues, damaged items, or safety concerns to the office.
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude when interacting with clients.
Qualifications
- Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Dependable, trustworthy, and punctual.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Legally authorized to work in the applicable country.
Requirements
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing, bending, lifting, reaching, and carrying cleaning equipment throughout the shift.
- Smartphone with internet access for communication and scheduling.
- Ability to successfully complete a background check.
- Reliable transportation is preferred but not required.
