About the Role
We are looking for a dependable and skilled Tool & Die Maker to join our powder coating manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building, repairing, maintaining, and troubleshooting tooling, dies, jigs, and fixtures to support efficient production while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Repair, maintain, and troubleshoot tooling, dies, jigs, and fixtures.
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications.
- Set up and operate manual machine tools and precision measuring equipment.
- Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet specifications and tolerances.
- Perform preventative maintenance on tooling and production equipment.
- Work closely with production and maintenance teams to minimize downtime.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years experience as a Tool & Die Maker or in a similar manufacturing role preferred.
- Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused.
- Apprentices or experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.

- Monday to Friday schedule – 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
