About the Role
We’re hiring a hands-on Operations Lead to run shipping/receiving and act as the #2 in production.
This is not a desk job. You’ll be on the floor—moving product, using a forklift, and keeping the team moving. When the Production Manager isn’t here, you’re in charge of the floor .

What You’ll Do
Run Shipping & Receiving
- Make sure orders go out accurately and on time
- Handle inbound materials and paperwork properly
- Book and manage shipments (FedEx, UPS, LTL, cross-border)
- Fix problems fast—don’t let things sit
Lead the Floor
- Step in as acting production lead when the Production Manager is away
- Hold people accountable and keep work moving
Do the Work (Not Just Watch It)
- Load/unload shipments
- Pick and pack orders
- Operate forklift daily
- Jump into production when needed
Stay Organized
- Keep inventory accurate (ERP + cycle counts)
- Maintain a clean, safe, organized workspace
- Make sure supplies don’t run out
Communicate Clearly
- Work with sales and office team to get orders out right
- Flag issues early—no surprises
Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
Apply only if you meet ALL of these:
- 5+ years shipping/receiving experience
- 3+ years Leadership experience in a warehouse environment (lead hand, supervisor, or similar)
- Strong experience with, FedEx / UPS & LTL freight
- ERP system experience
- Valid driver’s license + clean driving record

Pay: $55,000.00-$61,750.00 per year
