We're expanding and looking to hire a lead technician for our home services business. To work and manage the cleaning of residential power washing, window cleaning, and gutter cleaning for a small but well-established company (10 years) We're excited to take our company to the next level and are focused on finding great people with a growth mindset who want to be rewarded for their performance.
*Preferring someone living local to the Tri-city area (Port Coquitlam, Coquitlam, Port Moody)
We're seeking someone who is coach-able, has a positive attitude, is geared for customer satisfaction, is professional and has a high quality of work and sense of pride. The right candidate would be able to have fun on the job and bring a sense of professionalism at the same time.
- 5 years clean driving record
- 2 years of roof or gutter cleaning experience required
- Comfortable with 24-32 ft. ladders
- Has a keen sense for attention to detail and must be a fit and physically capable person.
- Can effectively manage the jobs with one other team member (we typically work in teams of 2 for residential jobs)
- Specific company training is provided
- Background check is required (paid for)
We work and drive in a non-smoking atmosphere.
Compensation: $27-$35+ per hour based on experience plus monthly bonus
