About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and licensed Real Estate Agent to join our growing real estate sales team in Bradford.
This is an excellent opportunity for an agent who wants consistent support, active lead opportunities, strong systems, and the ability to grow within a fast-paced team environment.
You will work directly alongside an active real estate team assisting with buyer and seller communication, lead follow-up, appointment coordination, marketing initiatives, and day-to-day sales activities.
We are looking for someone who is organized, confident communicating with clients, proactive with follow-up, and hungry to grow their business within a team structure.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate professionally with buyers, sellers, and prospects
- Manage and follow up with inbound and outbound leads
- Book appointments and coordinate showings
- Conduct local prospecting and door-to-door outreach in targeted neighborhoods
- Maintain and update CRM systems and client databases
- Assist with listing marketing, including social media, flyers, and online advertising
- Support transactions from agreement to closing
- Reconnect with past clients and request reviews/testimonials
- Assist with open houses and community-based marketing initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- Licensed Real Estate Agent in Ontario (or currently completing licensing)
- Minimum 1 year experience in real estate sales or a similar client-facing role preferred
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and digital marketing tools
- Self-motivated with strong follow-up habits
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment
