We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Service Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate is reliable, ethical, self-motivated, and committed to maintaining accuracy while supporting our Service and Parts Departments. This role requires strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Accurately process, code, and submit warranty claims through Hyundai’s warranty management systems.

Review warranty repair orders and supporting documentation to ensure compliance with manufacturer policies and procedures.

Identify and correct claim discrepancies to maximize claim acceptance and reimbursement.

Monitor warranty claim status and follow up on outstanding, rejected, or unpaid claims.

Maintain accurate warranty, service, and customer records in accordance with manufacturer and dealership requirements.

Process internal repair orders and warranty-related transactions.

Stay informed of Hyundai warranty policies, recalls, technical service bulletins, and program updates.

Work collaboratively with Service Advisors, Technicians, Parts Personnel, and Management to ensure accurate and timely claim processing.

Reconcile warranty schedules and assist with warranty audits as required.

Support departmental and dealership objectives through additional administrative duties as assigned.

Previous automotive dealership experience is preferred.

Warranty administration experience is considered a strong asset.

Ontario Secondary School Diploma (O.S.S.D.) or equivalent preferred.

Previous experience in an automotive dealership environment preferred.

Experience with Hyundai warranty processes and dealership software is considered an asset.
