Overview
We are seeking an experienced Construction/Carpentry Supervisor to lead and oversee construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive construction knowledge, and proficiency with industry-standard management tools. This role offers an opportunity to manage diverse projects, coordinate teams, and maintain high standards of quality and safety across all phases of construction.
Duties
- Supervise daily construction activities on-site, coordinating with subcontractors and team members to ensure project milestones are met
- Oversee and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide construction processes
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets specified standards and client expectations
- Lead team meetings to communicate project updates, assign tasks, and address issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards

Qualifications
- Proven supervising experience in construction or carpentry roles with a strong understanding of construction processes
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
- Strong knowledge of quality control procedures and safety regulations in the construction industry
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders
- Effective communication skills for clear collaboration with clients, contractors, and team members
- Construction experience across residential, commercial, or industrial projects is preferred

Pay: $35.00-$55.00 per hour
