OVERVIEW
Our client, a rapidly growing contracting and service-based company supporting provincial government, property management groups, and commercial clients in Northern Ontario, are looking for a highly organized and adaptable Sales, Service and Project Manager to support the continued growth of the operations.
With work ranging from small-scale maintenance and installations to renovations, remediation projects, and subcontractor coordination, this role to serve a fast-paced environment across client relations, scheduling, service coordination, project oversight and operations in construction management.
Reporting directly to the owner, the Sales, Service and Project Manager will act as a key liaison between clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal operations while ensuring projects and work orders are executed efficiently, professionally, and on schedule.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain strong working relationships with government, commercial, and property management clients
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client communication, updates, and service coordination
- Conduct regular client follow-ups and occasional site visits
- Review incoming work orders, client requests, and project requirements
- Coordinate scheduling and dispatching of subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel
- Oversee multiple active work orders and projects simultaneously
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, deliverables, and workflow progress
- Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to client expectations
- Assist with project planning, scope coordination, and task prioritization
- Support project closeout activities and documentation
- Coordinate daily activities between subcontractors, labourers, suppliers, and clients
- Track project progress, scheduling changes, and service completion timelines
- Maintain accurate records of work orders, schedules, project updates, and client communications
- Utilize work order and project management software to track activities and progress
- Participate in internal meetings and operational discussions regarding company growth and expansion
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in project coordination, service management, operations, construction, facilities management, or related industries
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in fast-paced environments
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, service requests, and competing priorities simultaneously
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with both clients and field personnel
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision in a remote or flexible work environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Experience coordinating subcontractors, vendors, or field teams considered an asset
- Familiarity with construction, renovation, maintenance, remediation, or general contracting environments preferred
- PMP designation or project management training considered an asset but not required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email communication, scheduling systems, and general project/work order software
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving abstract
