KHS Landscape Professionals is hiring Maintenance Crew Members / Maintenance Technicians for the 2026 season. This role is ideal for individuals who are confident in day-to-day landscape maintenance and ready to grow their skills and responsibility within a supportive, professional team.
Core Responsibilities
- Perform mowing, pruning, and plant bed maintenance independently
- Maintain consistent quality and complete assigned tasks efficiently
- Operate tools, machinery, and equipment safely
- Follow site workflows and specifications with minimal supervision
- Identify common plants and recognize basic plant health concerns
- Apply basic irrigation adjustments as required
Advanced Responsibilities
- Apply advanced pruning techniques and plant care practices
- Demonstrate strong plant knowledge and attention to detail
- Assist with training and mentoring junior crew members
- Manage time efficiently and help keep crews on schedule
What You Bring
- Previous landscape or grounds maintenance experience
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of your work
- Good plant knowledge (advanced knowledge an asset)
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and professionalism
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license considered an asset
