Located right off 23rd Ave near the LRT, we are looking for a proactive Sales & Marketing Associate to drive club growth, engage our community, and keep our facility pristine during evening and weekend hours.What We Offer

Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Lead Generation
- Conduct high-energy facility tours for prospective members, highlighting our 24/7 club features.
- Present membership options, overcome objections, and successfully close new sales.
- Follow up with digital leads through structured, professional phone calls and emails.
2. Marketing & Outreach
- Assist in local lead generation through grassroots community outreach and internal gym promotions.
- Capture content (photos/videos) on the gym floor to help fuel our local social media pages.
- Engage with members to build a strong community vibe and drive member referrals.
3. Club Pride, Safety & Cleanliness
- Maintain the highest standards of gym presentation by regularly reracking misplaced plates, organizing dumbbells, and returning equipment to its proper spot.
- Proactively wipe down equipment, sanitize high-touch surfaces, and restock member hygiene stations.
- Ensure the front desk, lobby, and transition areas are clean and welcoming at all times.
Requirements
- Physical Stamina: Comfortable walking the floor and repeatedly lifting/reracking heavy weights (up to 45+ lbs) to maintain gym order.
- Communication Skills: Extroverted personality with the confidence to speak with strangers, pick up the phone, and ask for the sale.
- Marketing Savvy: Basic understanding of social media trends and how to represent a premium brand locally.
- Availability: Must have reliable, consistent availability for evening and weekend shifts.
- A genuine passion for fitness, wellness, and helping others live healthier lives.
- Sales: Minimum 1 year
Pay: $15.00-$25.39 per hour
