Quality First is a fast-growing janitorial services company providing high-quality cleaning solutions to commercial clients. We are expanding our team and looking for a friendly, confident Customer Service Representative to help us connect with new clients and support our growth.
Position Overview:
This role focuses on making outbound cold calls to potential clients, introducing our services, and booking appointments for our sales team. We are looking for someone who enjoys talking to people, stays motivated, and can handle a target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound cold calls to businesses daily
- Introduce and promote our janitorial services
- Schedule appointments for quotes, walkthroughs, or follow-ups
- Keep accurate call logs and record details in our system
- Meet daily/weekly call and appointment-setting targets
- Follow scripts while maintaining a natural and professional tone
Requirements:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable making high-volume cold calls
- Positive attitude and ability to handle rejection
- Organized, reliable, and able to work independently
- Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or customer service is required
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Outlook)
