Temporary Full-time Café Supervisor

In this role, you will work closely with the Program Coordinator to support brain injury survivors as they rebuild skills, confidence, and independence. You will oversee the daily operations of the café and retail environment, ensure exceptional customer service, and foster a supportive atmosphere that promotes learning, growth, and healing. Through mentorship and hands-on guidance, you will help participants develop employment skills, gain workplace experience, and progress toward greater independence and successful community reintegration.

Experience
Minimum of two (2) years recent experience, including one (1) year supervisory experience. Or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
