- Coordinate with the property manager the interventions requiring a specific action plan.
- Ensure the provision of high level customer service
- Follow-up of rental files
- Fulfill leases
- Manage the collection of rents and the making of deposits according to the standards in force
- Plan the arrivals and departures of tenants and ensure the optimal progress of these activities, while maintaining the security of the building and its occupants
- Preparation and follow-up of moves
- Respond to customer inquiries, email follow-ups
- Respond to rental requests (email follow-ups, Facebook, ILS, etc.)
- See to the management of the repair work according to the requests of the tenants with the members of the maintenance
- Update the various administrative reports
- Update the various rental reports
- Work with the property manager for rent collection
