Journeyman HVAC Installer / Sheet Metal Worker

Are you an experienced HVAC Installer or Sheet Metal Journeyman looking for steady work, modern projects, and a team that values quality workmanship?
We are growing our Mechanical Division and are looking for skilled HVAC professionals to install residential heating and ventilation systems in new homes throughout Edmonton and surrounding communities.
Important: This is a dedicated HVAC installation role within our Mechanical Division. You will be performing residential HVAC work on-site in new construction homes.
What You'll Be Doing
- Install residential HVAC systems in new construction homes
- Install ductwork, furnaces, HRVs, ventilation systems, and related mechanical components
- Work from blueprints and construction drawings
- Ensure installations meet Alberta Building Code requirements and company quality standards
- Maintain a safe, organized work area
- Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues before completion
- Support and mentor apprentices on proper installation techniques and workmanship
- Coordinate with site supervisors and project teams to keep projects on schedule

- Single-family homes
- Duplexes and townhomes
- High-performance and Net Zero homes
- Heat pump systems
- Rheia and Hi-Velocity systems
- New residential communities throughout Edmonton and surrounding areas
What We're Looking For
- Alberta Registered Apprentice or Journeyman Sheet Metal Worker
- Strong residential HVAC installation experience
- Knowledge of residential heating and ventilation systems
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence
- Basic hand tools
Assets (Not Required)
- Gasfitter Class B Certification
- Heat pump installation experience
- Net Zero or high-performance home experience
- Experience with Rheia or Hi-Velocity systems
